Do you come to my home or office?
Yes. We come to you with the tools and software to repair most computer, network and smart-home problems on the spot, so you don't have to carry a machine to a shop. Remote support is available too.
How much does it cost?
We charge one hourly rate for everything, not a fee per item, so we can finish your whole list without nickel-and-diming you. There are no travel fees. Call 205-876-3715 for a quote.
Which areas do you serve?
We're based in Helena and serve Alabaster, Calera, Pelham, Hoover (including Riverchase), Homewood, Mountain Brook, Vestavia Hills and Birmingham.
What kinds of computers do you work on?
Windows PCs and Apple Macs of all brands, including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer and Asus, plus laptops, servers, printers, routers and smart-home devices.
What if my files are gone?
We recover deleted, lost or formatted files from hard drives and USB sticks. If we can't get them back on-site, we'll recommend an overnight deep-scan recovery, which typically takes 24 to 48 hours.
